You deserve access to quality and inclusive therapy.

Virtual therapy is an option for anyone who resides in the state of California and prefers to receive services from the comfort of their chosen space. Therapy can still prove to be meaningful virtually despite the physical distance. Thoughtful consideration is taken on both ends in determining if this is the right option for you. All sessions are conducted through video via a HIPPA compliant platform.

Virtual Therapy

I work with my clients to support them during difficult times and in accomplishing the change they wish to see in their lives. I will take the time to get to know you, what you value, and what you’ve experienced. I will help you verbalize your goals for therapy and sit with you as you take the steps to reach your desired end goal. Although each individual therapy session is tailored to the needs of my client, I always aim for a consistent underlying theme of feeling safe, contained, and supported so that you have the space to explore, heal, and grow.

Individual Therapy

How it works

01. Inquire

Getting started is as easy as reaching out by calling or emailing me directly. We’ll schedule a 20 minute consultation and determine if you would like to proceed further.

02. Connect

The first session helps me get to know you and the reason(s) that brought you into therapy. You can ask me questions, too. You might be curious about my experience or how future sessions look. If you feel safe, accepted, and heard with me, we will schedule to meet again.

03. Goals

The first few sessions are an opportunity for us to develop a working relationship. We work together to develop an understanding of the concerns you bring in and of your hopes for therapy. We’ll collaborate on a set of goals that are attainable and realistic.

04. Ongoing

Therapy works best when there is consistency. We’ll meet weekly unless we agree to something different. Together we will work towards the goals you’ve established. We will revisit your goals periodically to make sure they are still relevant and to assess the progress you are making.
